• Inbound call initiation: When an end user (patient) calls a business using our Booking Boost platform, the act of calling the business initiates contact. The business's phone system may inform callers that a text message follow-up will be sent.
• First-message opt-in: The initial automated SMS identifies the business by name, explains the purpose of the message, and provides clear opt-out instructions. The end user must actively reply to engage in any further conversation. If the end user does not respond or replies STOP, no additional messages are sent.
• Web or paper forms: Our clients may collect SMS consent through their own website forms, patient intake paperwork, or check-in process, which include explicit consent language, message frequency disclosures, data rate notices, and opt-out instructions.

Consent to receive automated messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Consent is not shared with or sold to third parties.
